Fine Art Prints, Canvas Transfers, and Original Paintings - excluding Commissioned Artwork: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify me within 24 hours of receipt, and you may return it within 7 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement (Fine Art Prints and Canvas Transfers only) or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Send me an email via my contact page. Please include in the message box your order/invoice number and item, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let me know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request processes within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under production. Ship your item(s) in the original box or tube. Please return your item via a trackable method.
Commissioned Artwork returns are subject to the terms in the Contract To Commission Artwork.
